Privacy Policy

Short version: We collect the minimum data needed. We never sell it. You can delete it anytime. This is a productivity tool — not medical treatment or therapy.

What We Collect

Email address (for your account), task data (balls, timers, streaks), connection tokens for integrations you explicitly connect (Notion, Akiflow, etc), and Stripe billing data for Pro subscribers.

How We Store It

Your data lives in Cloudflare D1 (encrypted at rest) and is partitioned strictly by user ID. No one else can access your balls. We use TLS 1.3 for all data in transit.

Third Parties

We use: Stripe for billing, Firebase Auth for authentication, Cloudflare for hosting and edge compute. We do not use advertising networks, tracking pixels, or analytics that identify you individually.

Your Rights

You can export all your data or delete your account at any time from the app settings. If you are in the EU (GDPR) or California (CCPA), you have full rights to access, port, rectify, and erase your data. Email privacy@adhdmanager.ai to exercise them.
