1. The Service

adhdmanager.ai is a productivity tool. It is a ball-tracking system, not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or substitute for professional mental health care.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must be 16+ to create an account.

3. Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly ($29/mo) or annually ($199/yr) via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months, except where required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not use adhdmanager.ai to store sensitive medical records, illegal content, or to attempt to access other users' data. Violation results in immediate account termination.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for productivity losses, missed deadlines, or dropped balls. The service is provided as-is. Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

6. Medical Disclaimer

adhdmanager.ai is not medical treatment, therapy, or a substitute for professional care. Do not use it as a replacement for medical advice from a licensed professional.
